I just returned from a magical trip to India. I saw so many life-changing beautiful and inspiring things. There is no way to convey it through photos, but I hope to share some of it here. Here are a few quick iphone images. Many more to come...

I spent some time recently on a wonderful trip to Southern Vermont. It was a beautiful week of exploring, eating, and learning.

48 HOURS IN AUSTIN

I have been traveling a lot for work this summer. I always like to get in as many meals at local favorites as I can. On a recent 48 hours spent in Austin, Texas, I stopped by Taco Deli for amazing tacos and Elizabeth Street Cafe for great food and a catch-up with a friend. I was also treated to a sweet lunch made by my subject's husband. Next time I am definitely making time to go kayaking. Can't wait to share photos from this fun shoot!

A few months ago I was lucky enough to visit with 84 year old Barbara Shaum in her East Village studio/shop. She is super sweet, hard-working, and makes the most amazing sandals. Definitely on my wish list!
